Territory Manager

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing the sales of HVAC parts and equipment with designated key customers – mostly HVAC contractors.  This will be accomplished through the development of business relationships and positioning the Johnstone solution as a strategic advantage for the customer.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Place outside sales calls with key accounts
  • Sell HVAC parts and equipment
  • Achieve annual sales and profit targets
  • Deliver superior service and solutions
  • Be part of the Denton team- working with a business-to-business customer base

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing preferred or High School Diploma with commensurate experience
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC products strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated sales success by offering solutions and adding value
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in outside sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organization and planning
