As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing the sales of HVAC parts and equipment with designated key customers – mostly HVAC contractors. This will be accomplished through the development of business relationships and positioning the Johnstone solution as a strategic advantage for the customer.
Major Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Place outside sales calls with key accounts
- Sell HVAC parts and equipment
- Achieve annual sales and profit targets
- Deliver superior service and solutions
- Be part of the Denton team- working with a business-to-business customer base
- Very competitive compensation of base plus commission

- Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing preferred or High School Diploma with commensurate experience
- Technical knowledge of HVAC products strongly preferred

- 3+ years of relevant work experience in outside sales
